POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in new condition, unworn and/or unused, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will contact you and inform you if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in your account.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order once received; if the item is defective, damaged or is the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
After 14 days of purchase, there is no refund guarantee.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items purchased with gift cards/coupons and items that were on sale, do not qualify for refund.
Items altered in any way, automatically disqualified for refund.
