If it breaks, bring it back and we repair or replace it free of charge

In other words, if the chain you purchased at Ragnar Jewellers is damaged in any way, bring it back and we will repair it, or replace it, free of charge.

Lifetime Free Cleaning & Polishing

Here's how you can keep your jewellery looking as beautiful as the day you received it!

Every piece you purchase from Ragnar Jewellers will be cleaned and professionally polished by our experienced goldsmiths any time you bring it back to the Design Studio.

It's FREE for the lifetime that you own your Ragnar Jewellers piece. Also, we will do a full maintenance checkup at the same time, absolutely free.

The Diamond Guarantee

Replacement of Your Diamond

Should your diamond be damaged (chipped or fractured) or lost from its original setting, Ragnar Jewellers will replace the diamond with one of equal value at NO CHARGE within a one year period from date of purchase.

(One Year Replacement also applies to every Pearl, Sapphire, Ruby, Tourmaline, Amethyst and Blue Topaz!)

Appraisal and Registration

A complete record of your purchase, including a full description and a copy of the appraisal, is kept permanently on file.

Diamond Trade In

If you'd like to trade in your Ragnar Jewellers diamond for a higher priced gem, we will purchase the original diamond back from you at its full original purchase price. All we ask is that the diamond be free of chips or cracks and that your new purchase is 100% greater than the original purchase price. You can trade in your diamond at any time!

One Year Workmanship Guarantee

Everything you purchase from Ragnar Jewellers comes with a one year workmanship guarantee. Should anything happen to your purchase, we will repair it free of charge within one year of the date of purchase.

We also offer a one year workmanship warrantee on any repairs that we do, and remember we're happy to see you and all your Ragnar Jewellery each year for a FREE professional clean and polish.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 14 days (in new condition) and we will return your money. It's that simple. You see, your satisfaction is our best advertising.
